This is not bankruptcy or consumer credit counseling, this is the original Credit Card Relief™ program. All clients enroll with a program Attorney and every file is reviewed prior to admission into the program. It is important to evaluate your personal financial situation and projected success before admission to the program.
Using a system of personal program design and review by the program Attorney, we have successfully settled over $200 million of consumer debt; helping thousands and thousands of people get out of debt in months instead of years all while saving thousands of dollars in future interest.
The role of your program Attorney
One of the most important steps in our debt relief process is the Underwriting and Credit Analysis. An underwriter will help you prepare a detailed financial statement of your income and expenses. This is used to determine how much of your monthly income can be allocated each month into The Enrolled Members Trust for the future benefit of your creditors. This Trust is administered by a National Bank serving as the third party independent Trustee. Only you and the Trustee have access to your money in the Trust.
As funds accumulate in the Trust, your program Attorney will negotiate discounted settlement offers with your creditors. Upon your approval, funds are distributed to the creditor according to the settlement agreement terms.
