How to Enroll
Steps to enrollment ....
- Enrolling in Credit Card Relief is easy. Typically it starts with a phone conversation to one of our Enrollment Specialists. This is a free, no obligation, confidential interview to make sure that CCR is right for you. Please call the number above to speak with an Enrollment Specialist now.
- The next step is the sign-up (enrollment paperwork) process. If you've already spoken to an Enrollment Specialist, they will personally walk you through "The Quick Start" enrollment package. Alternatively, if you visit the Credit Card Relief Enrollment website, you will be asked to create a login and password to begin an efficient and user friendly on-line enrollment. You can begin this process yourself, but upon completion of the Confidential Questionnaire (Steps 1 to 4) an Enrollment Specialist will need to assist you with the few remaining pages that will complete your enrollment application.
- Your Enrollment package either via internet enrollment, via fax, prepaid UPS, or US mail to our Processing Department. We will then assign you a client identification number and our Processing Department will phone you to review your package and advise you of any missing documents needed to complete the enrollment process.
- The Processing Department then forwards your completed package to the Underwriting department where an Underwriting Specialist works with you to tailor a CCR program designed
to work with your particular family circumstances. This includes establishing a comfortable and adequate monthly payment to the Enrolled Members Trust for the future benefit of your creditors.
- When this process is complete your file is forwarded to Dakich & Associates law firm, who acting as co-counsel with your Local Participating Program attorney, will perform a final review for acceptance or non-acceptance into the program by the Local Participating Program Attorney.
- Upon approval by the Local Participating Program Attorney, you are now enrolled in the Credit Card Relief program. Our Professional Services Department will welcome you to our program and contact you periodically to provide status updates on your accounts. Feel free to call us often to answer any questions you might have.
- When adequate funds have accumulated in The Enrolled Members Trust to generate an offer to a particular creditor, you will be contacted by Dakich & Associates (the national mediation) law firm.
- This process continues as we work toward mediating each of your debts with your creditors. Any additional funds that can be deposited to The Enrolled Members Trust will help achieve your goal of becoming debt free sooner. Remember, there are no settlements without money in the Trust. It is important that you stick to the plan that was crafted at the time of your enrollment. Your commitment to making payments on time is critical to your success. We work very hard with all of our clients to create a personal plan that works for you and your family.
